If the show is a LIVE show, streamed through subscription-based streaming, please manually go to the IP address or point your automation software to ther assigned feed link provided by your Syndication Services' Affiliate Relations contact. If the show is a live broadcast transmitted to you via satellite, please follow the instructions provided by your Affiliate Relations contact.
If you experience Technical Difficulties with downloading, streaming feeds or with satellite reception, please call Technical Support immediately at 1-866-360-7918, identify your station (or stations) to our Switchboard Operator at 1-866-360-7918 (Toll Free) and report that you are are an affiliate station or network with a Technical Emergency. After business hours, please have the Operator page the Technical Support Engineer on call. Platnium and Gold Level Stations, please call the Direct Support number provided by your Affiliate Relations Manager.
